Define time, waiting and travel in the quote
For a Beijing companion request, ask whether the service begins at your accommodation, the hospital entrance or the appointment time. Clarify how waiting, travel between campuses, delayed appointments and a later report collection are counted. Ask whether additional time needs your approval before it is charged.
Record included hours, the overtime unit, expenses and written cancellation or rescheduling rules. A half-day label does not define those terms. Hospital charges belong on the hospital bill; the companion quote should explain only its own service. Use the checker to total actual amounts after the provider supplies them.
